South London rapper Messy releases audio for new single release ‘Gravity’

Messy is a rapper and songwriter, the son of reggae legend Tippa Irie. A strong lyricist and performer, Messy started writing music at the age of 14 alongside his friends in South London.

He went on to performing as the opening act for ‘The Kool Kids’ at Scala, London and performed at the O2 Wireless Festival. He has since worked with many of the UK’s finest musical talent, who have each co-signed the young rapper; including Wiley (3 tracks on album Grime Wave), Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder, Wretch 32, Ghetts, and Scorcher to name a few. A budding songwriter, Messy has also written for artists such as Loick Essien.

Messy released his most recent mixtape ‘Just A Mess About’ in June 2011 and has received solid support online from DJs Logan Sama, Cameo and Westwood.
